The kits are available to groups having a leader with the required archery instructor certification (a minimum Level 2 archery certification from USA Archery or be a certified instructor through the Archery in the Schools program) and must provide a certificate of insurance. Kits may be signed out for one week. If the group leader does not have the required certification, the Arizona Game and Fish Department can provide that training for $40.
