What is the Arizona Game and Fish Portal?
The Arizona Game & Fish Portal is an interface created to help the customer with all of their self-service needs pertaining to the outdoors.
How do I register for the Customer Portal?
You can register for the Customer Portal on the home page under “Sign in to Account”. When the window opens up, there is a “Create Account” button at the bottom. Click on this button and fill out the required information.
What are the features and benefits of the Customer Portal?
Easier access to your Arizona Game & Fish information such as:
- Your Licenses
- Your Draw Tags
- Your Account Information
Who can access the Customer Portal?
Everyone. There are no restrictions on accessing the portal.
Why do some links open up to pages in the previous Arizona Game and Fish Department website?
The new Customer Portal is being introduced in phases. Some links in the new site will open up to pages on the previous (archived) website until those pages are converted to the new web design. As the Portal evolves, all pages will have the new look, and more features and functionality will be added.
Can I change my password in portal?
You can change your password in the “Sign in to your account” section, after you have created an account.
What is the I Support Wildlife™ Program?
This program is a community of people committed to preserving our state’s natural heritage. Purchase of a one-year I Support Wildlife™ membership helps us bridge the widening gap between wildlife facing new threats and a sharp increase in the cost of conservation. For just $25, members get a toolkit that lets them explore Arizona’s unique natural heritage — as their contribution helps to preserve it for the future. The toolkit includes an I Support Wildlife window decal, a one-year subscription to Arizona Wildlife Views magazine, up-to-date fish stocking reports, and mobile-friendly GIS maps of wildlife management units.
How can I buy an I Support Wildlife™ membership?
You must have a Customer Portal account and be logged in to that account to buy a membership.
After I become an I Support Wildlife™ member, can I print a receipt?
Currently you cannot print a receipt after buying a membership. This process will be available in the next version of the Customer Portal.
What is the difference between I Support Wildlife™ and the Customer Portal?
The Customer Portal is an interface created to help the customer with all their self-service needs pertaining to the outdoors. I Support Wildlife™ is a membership program that allows people to contribute to conservation of wildlife. It can only be accessed through the Customer Portal.
What Arizona Game and Fish Department activities do my annual membership fee in I Support Wildlife™ fund?
Your membership helps restore wildlife species such as pronghorn and bighorn sheep to their historical habitats; create vital corridors to help wildlife access food and mating areas while avoiding busy roads; conserve habitats for migratory birds and wetland species such as sandhill cranes; restore streams and wildlands to improve degraded habitat conditions; and provide free educational programs to Arizona students.
Do I need a different login and password for my I Support Wildlife™ membership?
No, your Portal login will give you access to everything within the Customer Portal, including your membership in I Support Wildlife.
How do I purchase an I Support Wildlife™ membership?
First, create or log into your Customer Portal account. There is an option to purchase a membership on the “my account” page.
How much does the portal cost?
Access to the portal is free.
On which devices can I use the portal?
The portal is accessible on all devices, including desktop, tablet and smart phones.
Is my information secured when I view it using the portal?
Yes, Arizona Game & Fish Department uses the industry standard security for protecting your personal information.
Can I use my current Department ID to access the Portal?
No, you would use an email address and a password you select.
What if I forget my login/password?
You can click on “Sign in to Account” on the Customer Portal Home Page. When this window opens up, there is a link “Forgot Password/Can’t Access Your Account”, below the “Sign In” button, that can help you retrieve/change your password and or login.
Can I change my Username?
No, once your account is set up, you cannot change your username. However, you can change your password. Remember, your username is your email address.
What is a Department ID?
Your department ID is your Arizona Game & Fish account number that can also be found on your hunting/fishing license. Your department ID is sometimes also referred to as a sportsmen’s ID.
